Developed initial funding programs for the organizatio to fund health research within the province. Joined TD after graduation from university. Spent 6 years in branch administration, moved to regional marketing in 1984 evaluating branch performance and recommending new branch and ATM locations. Moved to Commercial Credit in 1986, developed and administered Commercial Loan portfolios at various branches. In 1989 moved to Head Office Commercial Credit, and designed and instructed commercial credit courses to new hires and inexperienced account managers. Moved back to branch system in 1991 and relocated to Fredericton as a commercial account manager. Left TD in 1993 to remain in Fredericton and pursue other opportunities.
