Cloud Access is a cloud based security and information management company. I have the responsibility of managing all network and cloud based systems based on Windows, Linux, and VMWare platforms as well as acting as customer information liaison and sales technical support for the products we host and create.

Platforms included VMWare ESX 3.5, Windows Server versions 2003 and 2008, Exchange 2007, and Windows Desktops in Versions XP, and 2000. Infrastructure was Cisco based routers and HP switches. Implemented all projects related to corporate migration from old identity to new corporate name. This included implementation of AD, Group Policy, Anti-Virus.

Other duties included administration of Backups using NetBackup, Web server administration, and SQL server 2000 administration. Help Desk support for the cities users was also part.

Platforms included Windows Server Version NT 4.0, 2000, and 2003, Exchange 5.5 and 2000, and Windows desktops in Version NT 4, 2000; and XP. Infrastructure was Cisco based routers and switches and I was the primary administrator of this as well. Other duties included administration of the Backup strategy using Symantec Backup Exec, Web server.
