Business Account Manager
Current• Perceive, comprehend, analyze, and interface with clients and their requirements • Interacted with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Convert these broad needs into concise job descriptions and target list. • Experience in screening candidates in various technologies and their sub modules, Such as;Java, .Net, Embedded C++, Mainframe, Cobol, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Project Management, Oracle, SQL, Sybase, Developers & DBA's, SAP, ORACLE Apps, JDE, PeopleSoft, Hyperion Essbase, Network Engineers, Storage Engineers, Windows / Linux / Unix System Administrators, ETL / Informatica Developers, etc • Managing entire recruiting lifecycle from requisition development, sourcing, screeningand interviewing to negotiation, offer presentation and closure. • Source candidates using job boards including Monster and Dice, Referrals, Company Database, Newsgroups, Cold Calling, Internet Searches and Networking • Proactively sourcing IT candidates/ analysts to sufficiently build a pipeline and providing aconstant pool of candidates for upcoming requirements • Execute Candidate Qualification process including, pre-screening candidates, scheduling telephone and personal interviews, reference and background checking as required and negotiate pay rates. • Responsible for scheduling and logistics of interviews, getting postinterview feedback from the manager and candidate and final closing. • Establish periodic correspondence with candidates and clients for stronger relationship • Over a period of time, identified and developed a database of strong potential experienced resources in various Technologies. • Accounts managed and recruited for include Igate, Infosys, Oracle Consulting, IBM, Covansys, Wipro, Teksystems, Federal Interface with clients/vendors to determine position requirements, present candidates, schedule interviews and closing the deal till the completion of paperwork full life-cycle recruitment.
