Assist Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA)/Joint Improvised Threat Defeat Organization (JIDO) Operations Division (J3) in focusing and coordinating all intelligence and operational activities to assist the Attack the Network (AtN) level of effort in countering small unmanned aerial systems. Support the C-sUAS Coordination Cell (CCC) in the development and coordination of solutions via validation of requirements, strategy development, engagements, information sharing, process development, and rapid innovative initiatives.

Deployed to Afghanistan as the Regional Command East Lead Operations Integrator supervising 42 JCAST (Joint Counter Improvised Explosive Device Analytical Support team) personnel throughout 1st Cavalry Division Area of Operation).Currently involved with sharing information with NATO forces to better understand the analytical capabilities offered to them from U.S forces, to enhance their deployment to a combat environment.Plan and develop projects related to the design, development, implementation and monitoring of bomb and explosive device security plans and programs.Provided training, subject matter expert augmentation, specialized intelligence and technical skills to deploying units at home station and while forward deployed.

Supervised the development of briefings, lesson plans, training packages and Programs of Instruction (POI) to support Attack the Network (AtN) training, friendly/enemy TTPs, behaviors and trends. Ensured deploying units are provided with tailored, fused, and vetted products to improve situational awareness and to fill intelligence gaps relating to identifying and attacking IED networks within their future Areas of Operation.Coordinated the conduct of post-deployment After Action Reviews (AAR) and; Debriefed gathered and analyzed Observations, to combine them with Lessons Learned (LL) in order to improve TCOIC products and processes.Provided analysis, assessments, and recommendations to the Army Branch Lead and the Director of Training in planning and operational missions of the team.

Gathered data and information to support the analysis of the counter IED fight as it is conducted in Brigade and Regimental Combat Teams deployed in support of CENTCOM in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, with daily usage of CIDNE, WEB TAS, ARCGis and Google Earth.Obtained and forwarded data that describes the operational tempo and nature of unit operations within deployed brigades and regiments, including daily historical records such as Intelligence Summaries, Patrol Debriefs, Operations Reports, Operational Story Boards, Unit Orders and the like, to the JIEDDO ORSA Division ChiefAdministered surveys and transmit survey data to JIEDDO ORSA Division upon command release.
