Roger Crist has degrees in manufacturing and technology management with over 30 years of experience as a quality professional. He has worked in aerospace, automotive, consumer packaging and electronics, software professional and validation services, beverage manufacturing, and nanotechnology industries.Roger's positions have included working as a quality engineer, quality manager, quality director, and quality trainer/consultant. He has also been an assistant professor in the manufacturing program at Weber State University and an ISO 9001 lead auditor for an accredited registrar. Roger's management system experience has covered the major quality standards including ISO 9001, AS9100, QS/ISO/TS/IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and FDA QSR (21 CFR 820). He has also assisted in implementing integrated Environmental (ISO 14001), Safety (OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001), and Food Safety (ISO 22000 / GFSI) management system standards.Roger is a self-proclaimed “quality nerd” and has been certified by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Quality Auditor (CQA), and Medical Device Auditor (CMDA). Roger is also certified by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and by Prosci in their Change Management Program.
