Echo Flight Resources (EFR) was founded as a solution for research and development of light sport aircraft (LSA) into airborne law enforcement. In 2011 EFR was the first to successfully integrate an airborne law enforcement EO/IR camera payload and operate it from a Flight Design CTLS (CTLE) aircraft specifically designed for airborne law enforcement, Homeland Security, and emergency management. Although EFR is now the exclusive dealer for the US market for the Flight Design CTLE (Composite Technology Law Enforcement) airplane, it also assists Flight Design-Germany with its overseas CTLE market.

2015-PRESENT: Establishing and renewing partnerships and trust in relationships with the public in the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office. Developed and maintains a network of communications in Homeland Security matters with federal, tribal, and state agencies. These partnerships places the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office in a more pro-active position to support public safety interests in the Tulsa County region and the State of Oklahoma. 2013-2015: RAVEN Air Support Unit Program manager for the Tulsa County Sheriff's regional aviation enforcement (RAVEN) project. Position required coordinating, scheduling, and risk management for the unit to fly regional law enforcement missions for multiple federal, tribal, state, county, and metro agencies within northeaster Oklahoma. Develops and maintains aviation policies, procedures, flight training, flight & ground safety programs and budgets.
