Upgrade of Berri Gas Plant, KSA.The projects mainly deal with Oil & Gas Industry but vary between Crude Oil to Gas and Desalinated Water Pipelines, Treatment Plants, Valve Station and Associated Structures. The allocated assignments in Civil Estimation Department include, but are not limited to: Preparation of Scope of Works, Preliminary Design, Quantity Takeoff, Global Quantities, Clarifications & Inquiries to Client, Price quotations to Suppliers & Subcontractors, Cost breakdown estimate, Plant List, Man-hours List, Detailed and Summarized Basic Cost Breakdown and Uplift Sheet.

The projects consist of rehabilitation of existing roads and construction of new roads in Akwa Ibom State, Southern Eastern Nigeria. Consultant: Union Consultants. Contract amount at 2004 = 27 Million US Dollars.• 2002 (May) – 2004 (January) Construction Manager working on Biu Water Supply Project. The project consists of a full Water Treatment Plant with all electro-mechanical works, attached reservoirs, auxilliary buildings, elevated tanks, and service roads in Biu LGA, Borno State, Northern Eastern Nigeria. Consultant: Royal Haskoning. Contract amount at 2002 = 35 Million US Dollars.• 2001 (Jan) – 2002 (May) Project engineer working on Sokoto Road Project. The project is a 90Km Federal road including 3 bridges in Sokoto State, Northern Western Nigeria. Consultant: Siraj Nigeria. Contract amount at 2000 = 30 Million US Dollars.
