Provide an optimal customer experience. Must be knowledgeable about all products, and procedures. Each customer call presents an opportunity to set up a new customer with an ADT security system. It is my responsibility to provide a detailed explanation of the promotion the customer called in for, as well as a description of the equipment and our scheduling process. I handle sensitive customer information, run credit checks, and collect payments over the phone. I have a badge which I must have on my person at all times and must follow many procedures to ensure the safety of sensitive information.

Food prep, production and station operation during dinner service. Adhering to sanitary regulations and high food quality service. Producing sauces and entrees for dinner service and helping others complete task. Responsible for maintaining inventory for assigned work station every day.

My responsibilities included, preparing food for the menu items, cooking food to order, maintaining sanitary requirements for food production and running several kitchen stations during production. Other responsibilities include making sauces, tasting food for quality purpose, cleaning and assisting other cooks.

My responsibilities included overseeing the food production during night shifts, delegating task, and maintaining efficient order flow from the kitchen to the dining room, operating a food station during production, and cleaning and closing of the kitchen.
