During the course of providing services to clients, Roger maintained very good relationship with government authorities.Over the past 14 years, Roger focused full time on founding and developing technology driven R&D incentive services in China through international cutting edge methodologies and approaches. Leading a team of scientists & engineers and finance&tax professionals, Roger provides R&D Management Consulting services, R&D and Accounting Transformation Consulting services and R&D Based Incentive Consulting services. Roger extensively participated in the legislative discussions on R&D incentive regulation regimes in mainland China and HKSAR.Roger is a LL.B. of Peking University Law School. He is a CPA of CPA Australia and an US CMA. He is a Guest Professor at the China Central University of Finance and Economics Graduate School and the China Academy of Social Science Graduate School. He was the Global Director of Board of the US Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and Chairman of its China Regional Advisory Committee for many years.Roger is a frequent speaker at events organized by professional organizations, banks and universities in North America and China.
