About Roger Dowler

Over 25 years of experience with closures for flexible packaging. As Vice President, Engineering for ELPLAST America I lead the engineering team globally responsible for development of new products and services for our customers. ELPLAST manufactures the EL-ZIP® brand of closures for flexible packaging. Previously, as Engineering Manager and Business Development Manager at Reynolds Presto Products I directed Hefty® Slide-Rite® closure and applicator developments, including development of the Child-Guard® child resistant slider closure.
