Achievements• Facilitate the merger of the operations for Four Seasons Fine Wine and Vigneron’s of the World.• Co-ordinated with external design & construction companies to receive council planning and development approval for a multi-stage green field Production & Distribution development• Project management for the construction of stage 1 of the Production & Distribution development. Stage 1 was a 4,000m2 Warehouse and associated roads etc.• Negotiation of multiple contracts for raw materials• Assisted in the implementation of the Ezy-wine computer management system - Including a POS system for cellar door sales• Achieved top 5 DIFOT result with Coles Liquor
