About Roger Dugan

With over 20 years of experience in tooling and industrial engineering, I am a Principal Tooling Engineer at iRobot, the leader in consumer robotics. I collaborate with global teams in China, Malaysia, and North America to design, validate, and release tools for mass production of innovative products, such as the Roomba and the Braava.Before joining iRobot, I spent 12 years at Magneti Marelli Automotive Lighting, where I progressed from Project Tooling Coordinator to Project Tooling Engineering Manager.
