• Provide supervision to the Finance Analyst responsible for Caterpillar International Finance Luxembourg disbursements and receipts in the daily cash process.
• Supervise the use of surplus cash in short-term money market funds, time deposits & interest bearing current accounts.
• Provide direction, coaching, counseling and training for staff both in Luxembourg office and the EAME offices.
• Bank account management to ensure cost effective cash management processes.
• Supervise resolution of discrepancies relating to bank transactions.
• Contract funding and overall cash management activities within the EAME operations.

• Directly responsible to the Group Treasurer for the accurate execution of the centralized treasury activities for the SES Group, this in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.Areas covered:Cash Management:
• Manage electronic link between treasury system and corporate banks.
• Manage bank reconciliation processes.
• Maintain rolling cash plan with group wide offices.
• Identify cash surpluses and deficits.
• Place surplus cash in interest bearing instruments or take up funds when required.

Luxembourg

• Liquidity Management:
• Ensure sufficient liquidity for Corporate requirements.
• Manage all money-market business for Group (FX,deposits,loans)
• Monitor both Investments and Debt facilities – keeping Asset to Liability costs to a minimum.
• Report to management on investments/debt positions for the entire Group.
• Maintain and develop Bank contacts.
