Had contact with the other certification programs including AALA and Cooper's own in-house certification program. Maintained calibration records and scheduling. Maintained personnel records, did evaluations and also was involved with the hiring and dismissal process for the lab, all while making sure the lab was in compliance with employment guidelines.Also during this time Cooper built a new Technical center and I was involved from the planning stages through completion of the building. This included all phases from equipment layout, utilities layout, equipment movement, and final installation. I also directed all of the re-calibration of the equipment after the move and those adjustments to any problems found with this move. During this time I made the transition from Lab Manager to Program Manager and maintained proficiency in both positions.
