Assessment of the data was conducted through ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis analysis.- Aid in replacing heater units on a WONIK CVD tool to measure the particle count on wafers from using refurbished heaters versus new heaters to reduce replacement costs for current heaters up to $25,500.- Arranged and led 7 meetings in the span of 10 weeks to present data for change point approval and present project results.
