I participate in a fall shows at Winsome Hollow (River Falls) and Color Crossing (Roberts) as well as The Creative Drive in the spring (Color Crossing/Roberts) I also do a considerable amount of commissioned work. Lately I have been using Polynesian tattoo art designs on my mugs and bowls.

I was a sixth grade science teacher in River Falls at Greenwood Elementary for eight years and then at Meyer Middle School for nineteen years. I also coached middle school wrestling as an assistant and was a head coach for the middle school cross country and track teams. Prior to coming to River Falls I was an outdoor education instructor for Battle Creek Public Schools (MI) for seven years. Soon after retiring from education in 2005, I established Skunk Hollow Pottery.
