I am an experienced customer service support for over 7 years now. Collaborated with different amazing BPO Companies and significantly pulled off skills in handling various campaigns like Financial, Retail, Healthcare, Travel and Sales through varied point of contacts such as Inbound and Outblund calls, Emails, Chats, and even messaging like WhatsApp. Over the years, I found myself falling in love with this role as I didn't even notice the tenurity I gained in the industry. It's like an entirety spent in high school. Yes, it can be stressful at times meeting the metrics and handling complex calls at some point, but that didn't stop me to deliver an excellent and desirable output. With right mindset and consistency, the job can be done right and effictively!Now, when it comes to VA tasks, I'm still a complete stranger to it since I didn't have any actual experience yet, even no portfolio to build up my presence for this role, but honestly, that's what excites me even more! To embarking a new path where I can share and apply my related knowledge as a CSR, and allowing myself to build a new set of skills.I understand that being a newbie may have a negative attachment where a starter can't be as efficient as the experienced one's, but I can assure that I'm a quick learner, amenable to adapt with a fast-paced environment, and can perform right after acquiring the skills. As what they say, you have to start somewhere. So I'm pro-actively taking-up courses to have a better understanding of the VA Industry, and learn vital skills.
