My areas of expertise are health and welfare benefits, human resource technology, collective bargaining strategy, cost management, acquisition and merger benefit integration, benefit communication and consumerism. My business philosophy is to provide comprehensive and customized benefit consulting and administration that address employers’ strategic business goals. I have built the agency’s reputation on outstanding customer service and attention to detail. As a result, our clients have been able to control benefit costs, remain compliant, improve workflow efficiencies and enhance employee morale.Licensed in all 50 states for the sale of life and health insurance. A member of International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and a certified as an ACA advisor with NAHU and on the Federally Facilitated Exchange (FFE).I founded Howell Benefit Services (HBS) in 1983 and it is the longest standing employee benefit consulting firm in Northeastern Pennsylvania. HBS is a certified third party administrator and national provider of small group health and welfare benefits utilizing a network of downstream producers in multiple states.
