Responsible to C312 Carrier Program Manager and Waterfront Operations Officer for project safety, quality through strict verbatim compliance with associated technical requirements and processes to ensure the highest quality of assigned work from a multi-cultural SRF-JRMC production shops, various shipyard codes, numerous other repair organizations (SHI, ESU, CEMAT, ACCITT, SPAWAR), and Divisions and Work Centers. Monitored, tracked, and coordinated over 200 component unit (CU) phases for SRA's, and was the principle shipyard liaison for USS George Washington (CVN 73) project team for all Top-side in-shop fabrication and equipment overhaul, assisted with the repair of all Catapults and associated equipment. Lead scoping meetings for development, review, and approval of job summaries ensuring technical accuracy / adequacy, with proper resource allocation (work breakdown, facilities, tooling, and material), detail planning of safety of ship items, accurate estimates and durations, with technical and strategic sequences in accordance with Project Management Fundamentals guidance. Validated, reviewed, evaluated impacts, and approved job summaries based on Current Ship’s Maintenance Projects. Coordinated and communicated the risk, resource, financial, work scope, and material requirements during job summary development and approval with Business and Strategic Planning Office. Reviewed work packages to ensure all space control, work controls, and testing requirements were included to ensure the equipment or system could be repaired, tested, and operated within approved specifications while maintaining the highest degree of safety of person and equipment.Participated in daily production listing, event management discussions using activity and event analysis report, during milestone and key event meetings. Reviewed and scheduled component phases as required to each specific Milestone and/or Key Event.

Aviation Boatswains Mate, Aircraft Handler. Responsible for the safe and efficient movement of Aircraft on Aircraft Carriers, Amphibious Assault Ships and other Aviation capable ships. Also oversaw the training of personnel assigned and firefighting protection systems and equipment onboard sea, and shore duty assignments.
