I am responsible for the overall day to day support of our Costa Mesa corporate office and the all other remote offices and refinery locations across the US. My duties include imaging laptops, Desktops, iPhone support, local infrastructure network support and Software and hardware trouble shooting.

The EUD Coordinator will help prepare UCLA Health System for the CareConnect project rollout. The EUD Coordinator will be expected to assist in the process of procuring computer equipment through deployment in the clinic setting. • I provided end-user support to over 500 TIMEC employees on site and in the field. • I Installed and troubleshot operating systems software configuration and hardware upgrades and installation. • I was responsible for re-imaging systems after determining it was more cost effective than continued troubleshooting. • I coordinated end-user moves • Provided network support such as AD account setup, password resets, email account creation cell phone support and Blackberry support.

 Brake Fix / IMAC / Desktop Refresh Installed and troubleshot software / Hardware. Managed, Trained and coordinated a team of 3 installation technicians Installation and configuration of over 1000+ Dell Desktops, Laptop computers, Blackberry’s and PDA’s. Support over 1200 users.

 Installed and configured over 900 Dell Desktop and Laptop computers. Installed and troubleshot software applications and hardware. Managed, Trained and coordinated a team of 5 installation technicians. Authored refresh processes and work instructions.

 Provided end-user support to over 500 clients at Raytheon Order end user devices, computers, software and phones, data/phone drops.  Installed and troubleshot software applications such as Microsoft Office products. Responsible for re-imaging systems after determining it was more cost effective than continued troubleshooting.
