Managed and coordinated the launch of all user-facing product features and enhancements. During this time, Google Domains experienced 23% YoY growth in core revenue; 47% in attached revenue; and 27% in domains under management. Led expansion of the product in new countries, increasing international revenue by 45% YoY. Oversaw the transition of Google Domains from Beta to General Availability (GA). In alignment with Google’s recent announcement, currently leading the program to migrate all domains and user accounts to Squarespace and execute a graceful shutdown of the product and platform.

Led initiatives to identify and mitigate insider risk in systems owned and operated by Google’s Corporate Engineering division. Worked cross-functionally to bring all internal Google Groups in line with corporate security policies to prevent data exfiltration of intellectual property and sensitive data. Reduced risks posed by the internally developed and third-party OAuth-enabled applications.

Spearheaded the launch of a new B2B2C line of business and revenue opportunity. The resulting External Identity product leveraged Capital One’s core competencies in strong identity verification, user authentication, and data security. Member of the core team responsible for the launch of Capital One’s DevExchange© developer portal. Capital One was the first U.S. bank to offer a developer portal and public APIs. Collaborated with lines of business to identify API product opportunities and bring new products to life. Managed a rapid prototyping team to help formulate and validate product concepts. Product Manager for the company’s external Card Rewards API product (used by Amazon to power its Shop with Points experience for Capital One card holders.)

Head Product Manager for Aetna’s Enterprise Integration Engine (EIE) platform and global integration strategy. Oversee EIE platform suite of technologies, service development best practices, and company-wide common message model. Serve as principle liaison with internal and external business partners to identify and prioritize system integration needs. Manage integration product backlog and work with implementation and program management team to ensure adequate staffing and priority alignment. Provide guidance on enterprise integration design pattern usage. Identify solution alternatives that help reduce cost and risk.

CarePass® served as a cloud-based hub that enabled consumers to liberate and share their health and wellness data in a secure manner. CarePass provided an ecosystem of connected health and wellness apps that enabled users to get a consolidated view of their health and set health goals. Member of a five person team that brought CarePass to market and grew the user base to 100K+ users in twelve months. Product Manager and Architect for the CarePass Developer Center and CarePass APIs that enabled bi-directional sharing with partner apps. Developer evangelist andfirst-line support to registered partner developers. Oversaw partner integration.

Responsible for the architecture strategy for all of Aetna’s customer-facing Internet Web applications, including Aetna Navigator™, Aetna InteliHealth®, DocFind®, and Personal Health Records. Managed a team of five Application Architects. Responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of products with a total annual budget of over $150M.Oversaw the rollout of Aetna’s online Personal Health Records. Designed and led the integration with NextIT’s ActiveAgent™ technology to provide 24/7 virtual agent support – thereby reducing call volume by 29% and saving $2.2M over six months.

Developed and executed Merck’s global Information Security Identity and Access Management strategy and infrastructure services. Managed team of 14 employees and contractors. Provided operational support and consultation to business units and application development groups worldwide. Representative on corporate enterprise initiatives as well as public consortiums, including Liberty Alliance and the pharmaceutical industry SAFE consortium. Managed design and development of Internet Single Sign-On and Authorization infrastructure services. Constructed solution based on Web Services architecture. • Supervised operations, support and enhancement of intranet Web Privilege Management (WPM) infrastructure, implemented using RSA Security’s ClearTrust. Supervised Information Services projects and personnel in support of Clinical Development Programs (CDP) department within the US Human Health division. Managed team of 11 employees and contractors. Managed full systems life-cycle development of clinical trials information management solutions.Oversaw design and implementing of the "Electronic Document and Image REpository for Clinical Trials" (e-DIRECT) system. e-DIRECT improved operational efficiency, data accuracy, and timeliness of status information by allowing CDP to scan and electronically route clinical trial-related documents. Eliminated duplication and manual routing of more than one million pages per year.
