All Oaktree inspections include a scan from top to bottom with a Flir thermal imaging scanner. This technology has allowed me to find moisture behind walls and above ceilings that would otherwise go undetected. I’ve also found several defects in radiant floors that would be near impossible to discover without the Flir.
