Controlling a high-volume Sales department, that includes the supervision of all 5 Locations, Store Managers as well as the Director of the The Solution Center.Responsible for customer and employee retention and the profitability of the new and used car profit centers. Demonstrate ongoing knowledge of the position, the potential market opportunities, establish and meet performance standards, develop strategies for business improvement and adhere to all federal and state compliance to protect the business. Mission: Own revenue generation, Sales compliance and overall deal flow for the company at all locationsMeasurables: Meet or exceed budget revenue goals monthly, quarterly and annuallyObsessions: Lead, manage & hold team accountableOwn the Sales process and ensure that all stakeholders are following it according to the company systemCreate the Playbook and own Sales training and onboarding processes. Preparing the dealership’s annual forecasts, making projections of units to be sold, gross profit, expense and operating profit for the new and used car sales departments. Working with the Integrator, Store Managers and Inventory team to determine the number of new and used cars to be stocked. Review the monthly forecasts, commission sheets, performance reports and the profitability of each department and each sales advisor. I assist in analyzing the impact and profitability of the advertising campaigns. I continue to establish conditions and works with Store Managers to optimize stock rotation and promptly eliminate surplus cars. Analyzes the various customer satisfaction reports and submits recommendations to ensure customer retention and loyalty. Handles customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Train and motivate the Sales staff and participate in hiring personnel, together with my direct reports. Conduct formal evaluations, including quarterly, GWC, 1-1 meetings of the performance of all direct reports.
