Serving as Senior Director over two centers and two departments simultaneously, with as many as 45 direct part-time reports and a full-time coordinator at one time.Frequently conducting site visits at multiple locations throughout the week and weekend, monitoring active programs and completing staff check-ins to ensure events and projects are on schedule. Developed and sustained year-round recreational swim, martial arts, gymnastics, and cheerleading teams that brought in new members and new revenue streams. Between 2018 and 2019, I doubled the program revenues in Aquatics, and grew the Sport leagues participation by 20%.Between 2021 and 2022, I Increased Youth and Family programs revenues by 70%, then increased again by 52% in 2023. Currently, I am leading the entire association in total participation and revenue in Youth programming in 2024.Created, staffed, and delivered hundreds of youth sport leagues, camps, swim and water safety classes serving thousands of families over the span of 6 years.

Central Business District (Downtown Austin)

Served as administrator for the entire Travis County parking resource system which involved managing 12 facilities, with approximately 3,000 permitted parkers at one time. Successfully developed and implemented a new parking policy that eliminated waste and increased total parking utilization by 40%. Requested and helped design an internal website for employees to manage their parking assignments by adding new license plates and tracking their transfer requests. Addressed a wide variety of facility issues and customer complaints through phone, e-mail, and frequent monitoring. Worked closely with the facilities project managers and architects during building renovations and new build projects. Ensured facilities and open lots followed state laws displaying proper signage and maintained the appropriate access and security for each location. Requested and implemented a license plate reader technology, that allowed me to be more efficient in patrolling stalls for violators. Issued thousands of sticker warnings and towed 100's of vehicles in restricted or permitted parking areas. Managed the sell of parking surplus by working with contracted vendors and ensuring compliance and standards were being followed.
