Implemented new end to end leavers service in 2011 based on Lean Sigma that dramatically improved a failing service (both risk and customer service)• Developed business case for a multi -tower BPO/ITO. Jointly led contract negotiations that resulted in a 10 year outsource deal with ACS. It included US Payroll, US benefits, UK and US employee service centres, HR technology and self service tools for > 45,000 employees.• Introduced an effective BPO/ITO governance and programme framework and then led the implementation through to steady state service. Realised all key benefits and introduced a culture of continuous improvement in steady state. Developed strong relationship model with the outsource partner, ACS (Now Xerox).• Restructured HRIS to become global facing, and implemented a new global analytics service (underpinned by SAP) to provide better management information for informed decision making; given the fragmented HR systems landscape at the time.• Operationalised a fundamental restructure of UK Defined contribution funds for UK active and deferred members. This involved programme managing two pension administrators and the fund manager, Legal and General.
