Retired Fire Chief Hatfield has over 40 years working in the fire service. Working his way from firefighter to Fire Chief wasn’t the end for him. He held positions consulting with Homeland Security, developing plans and procedures for hospitals and eventually retiring as the Fire Chief and Emergency Management Director for the town of Foxborough, MA where he was responsible for public safety and emergency preparedness of Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots. In 2019 Chief Hatfield founded RPH Life Safety Consultants and began the next phase of his career in working with industry and municipalities on the planning, prevention and preparedness for emergency situations. RPH quickly grew to become the premier service provider for organizations, facilities and venues big or small looking to put lives and safety at the forefront.
