• Since 2012 included on the worldwide Project to upgrade the P&G-IBM ERS Platform from G1.5 to G2.1 and integrated 53 countries from 7 countries originally. • Since 2011 I have been performing as an IBM Travel P2P (Procure to Pay) Senior Consultant. • Global Payment Cycle Team Leader supervising 6 people.• Able to Travel to integrate knowledge and procedures, travelled to US two times for a new contract engagement to represent Travel Delivery Operations and next year as a Tester Specialist for a pact Project from last year. Traveled to Mexico to integrate to the client the SAP Travel Tool and its taxes performance for Client Delivery Management • Lead the continuous improvement for process, systems and the respective internal delivery tools (EOL, TBT, PT, Excel Macros, SAP, G4P, and NP1 for Travel). • Drive Root Cause analysis and preventive actions to grey areas and found outages. • Responsible for the achievement of the monthly Service Level Agreement, KPI and scorecards. • Inside of the position I have worked as Card Team Team Leader, F&A Metrics – PO analyzer, Internal Delivery Projects Coordinator, Brio Query Reports Run analyzer and client SPOC for issue resolution.

• Inside of the position I have worked as Mail Management / Master Data & System Admin Supervisor by working with 9 people under my supervision when there were 3 people before the EMEA Transition. • Transition Lead for the 2010 IBM EMEA Travel System Admin Process Transition to be integrated in Costa Rica Travel Procedure. • Responsible for providing technical support, implementation of validation/control methodologies, throughout the life cycle of a process. • Accountable of the Daily Systemic Interfaces that will control automated expense report posting for $1-2 MM USD payable to American Express Corporate Card and to the P&G Employee.

• Inside of the position I have worked as SME for Contact Center cases, Client escalations and management Tier III scope. I became the department Documentation Process Leader. At the same time I worked as R2R (Record to Report) - Balance Sheet Reconciliation Analyzer. I worked in the Department as AMEX Corporate Card Team Practitioner and was appointed as the Internal Business Controls specialist.

• Inside of the position I have worked as Statistical Auditor, Pre Auditor and Post Auditor for Expense Reports based on Company Policy and the Travel Management vendor’s Policy such as “Egencia” and BCD Travel. In addition I became the Mexico Payment Process Owner; also the point of contact between P&G, AMEX Mexico, IBM IT and IBM Travel Services Costa Rica.
