This is team is based in Leeds anddeals with all pensions and employee benefits issues on cases where insolvency practitioners inPwC have been appointed as joint administrators or liquidators of companies across the UK. Thiswork includes winding up defined contribution schemes, corresponding with members when thepension scheme has entered an assessment period with the PPF and ensuring employeebenefits’ schemes remain on risk during any post appointment trading period.Work as part of the Leeds pensions teams on the delivery of various company driven pensionsexercises such as benefit change projects, member incentive exercises and buy out exercises.
