Increasing patient access to healthcare to ultimately improve population health outcomes has been the focus of my career and what drives my passion and commitment as an executive.Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to introduce new services through practice acquisition, new construction or facility expansion; provide continued patient support through virtual primary care visits; and partner on primary care healthcare delivery model redesign. Those efforts were instrumental to increasing patient access and quality of care while positioning the organizations I served to scale. With a focus on improving practice performance, I leverage strong financial acumen and skills in strategy development, business, and execution to drive operational excellence, improve quality, and deliver significant growth in revenue and market share. The successes I’ve had were made possible by the partnerships and contributions of the executive leaders, physicians, and staff I’ve had the privilege to work with. As a people leader, colleague, and partner, my approach is collaborative as I strive to build relationships of trust, high engagement, and teamwork; environments I believe are crucial to optimizing patient comfort, confidence, and well-being. I bring a breadth of experience within healthcare having begun my career in clinical roles before progressing through more operational positions. Regardless of role, my focus remains on improving health outcomes as I balance the needs of all key stakeholders (patients, communities, healthcare providers and employees). Outside of work, family comes first. I spend much of my time supporting my daughters as they pursue their interests in drama and sports. When time permits, I stay active and compete in local triathlons, ironman, and other running events.
