Responsibilities:• Managing Production Schedules (Operational Start-up and Shut down) and budget plans to ensure effective use of resources and equipment lines and to deliver fresh load of bread on a continual basis.• Observe, implement and record all maintenance & sanitation duties for each equipment line and draw a conclusive pattern each quarter to forecast a tentative budget for next quarter, while keeping the production downtime to a minimum.• Maintaining high quality standards for the products and adhering to the industry codes by consulting in house tech as well as outside services to seamlessly run the operation.• Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of the equipment by regulating the maintenance work cards and closely monitoring all preventive maintenance responsibilities and thereby scheduling timely downtime of each equipment for implementing manufacturer recommended maintenance. • Project managing the pre-installation and installation of the new equipment by optimizing the floor space area with the help of Auto Cad tools and/or creating a new area and overlooking all the logistical details concerning the same while following the building and fire safety codes.• Introducing a new system for inventory thereby maintaining sub-par level of inventory and creating differential re-order points for all the inventory depending on the rate of consumption to ensure no dearth of parts in the need of the hour.• Help implement Enterprise Resource planning to seamlessly integrate Maintenance, engineering and accounting depts.

Title: Atmospheric Fired Heater:Role: Execution Engineer Dec.2007 to Dec.2008ScopeTo Fabricate and erect Atmospheric Fired heaters for the crude section of Phase-2 for Reliance industries for its Largest Grass root refinery in Jamnagar (Gujarat), India.Highlights: Fabricated and erected a total of 12 Nos CDU/VDU/VGO Heaters in a record time of 18 Months, despite the fact that the heaters were of 12 Mtrs, radius, largest of a kind ever to be built in India.Responsibilities learned and skills acquired:• I Co-ordinated a project team of 12-30 people and worked closely with the shop to help fabricate complex engineering structures (Tanks and Pressure Vessels) and Piping (Rack Piping) in accordance with the drawing provided and Client Specific requirements.• Gathered ground specific knowledge regarding fabrication and erection of pressure vessels, Atmospheric fired heaters and Plant process Pipe Line fabrication and determined and analysed Site specific requirements, prepared timelines, Implementation Schedules, work plans and resource utilization plans for each site, ensuring effective migration across manufacturing, re-manufacturing and operation environments and erection site specifics.

The project was meant to be Completed within the time frame since the very project was critical to implementation of newest Indian Industrial emission Standards, which marked the 50 th year of I.O.C.L.Responsibilities learned and skills acquired: I made a conscious effort to manage customized interfaces and reduce end user transaction time. I prepared timelines, Implementation schedules, work plans and resource utilization plans for each site depending on the Quality levels of each subcontractor.
