Working with numerous principal contractors and contractors with the project spit into four F10 areas and assessing interface between then all. This was one a challenging project with tight schedules and high visibility in leadership.Trent Valley Project, 12 miles of newly laid track plus bridges and overheads value £480 million. Writing the pre-tender HS Plan, evaluating the safety requirements of the tenders and contractor engagement setting the project up out of Birmingham
