The last two years (970430 – 990528) I worked as a consultant at Volvo Car Corporation in Gothenburg with responsibility for development of Diagnostic and FailSafe software in their automatic gearboxes (General Motors/Aisin Warner), which have been used since 1998 in the V70/S70 as well as in Volvo’s new S80 and S60 models. The work was primarily developing functional specifications and requirement specifications for the supplier. I was responsible for the planning of software delivery between suppliers, testers, and Volvo’s organisation.
