This award was received for going through the business and gathering business requirements, but also redesigning business processes along the way. Streamlining business rules is never an easy task, and demonstration of the streamlined business rules and the logic in action has it's challenges, but the business eventually signed off on these rules and we are now heading towards a product that should see a reduction in referral's once it is working as it was initially intended to. I prepared the functional design report in two weeks, and operation's were able to put it to detailed design and deliver the main relocation all in a total of 2-3 months, which is much faster than normal.Awarded team certificate for the Non Revenue Water Team for delivery of the lowest Infrstructure Leakage Index of the three water retailers, and the lowest in Yarra Valley Water's history, in 2012.
