Developing appraisals for 1-4 unit residential properties requires these essential skills; establishing the scope of work, collecting and verifying data, identifying key elements and potential issues, critical thinking, decision making, local travel and accurate reporting within established standards. By applying my key strengths to these requirements, I have consistently provided the client with accurate and timely reports.

This need evolved as the health of my parents declined in early 2015. Month after month, family meetings ended with their refusal to admit a non-family member into their home to provide care. Ultimately, the solution required a personal and professional sacrifice but it is with great gratitude I have come to view this precious opportunity to apply my patience, work ethic and versatility.

This role took advantage of a wide range of my sales and managerial skills including the ability to develop new product offerings, generate new revenue streams, enhance the sales effort through the implementation of Salesforce CRM and implement cost control systems to increase profitability.

From 2004 to 2008 I was tasked with re-vitalizing a Northern California division of ARC, where we implemented numerous best practices, updated quality control processes, migrated to superior information systems, implemented Salesforce CRM, refocused the sales effort and launched new marketing campaigns to create the strong foundation required to return this legacy brand to market leadership.In 2008, in response to the housing crash of 2007, my role was refocused on consolidating multiple west coast brands. Client retention, cost control, talent evaluation and development of new products and services were some of the critical skills applied to effectively streamline the region and adapt to shifts in the building and imaging industries.
