Served as Director of Flight Standards and Lead Pilot for Air Force Two. Led and supervised team of 21 instructor/evaluator aircrew ensuring compliance with US Air Force flight standards and enterprise-wide corporate guidance across a 500-member organization. Planned, authored, and executed corporate policies, while forming dynamic work groups and teams across varied areas of functional expertise to address time-sensitive White House and US Air Force problem sets.

Assisted the Director of Operations in the daily execution of all flight operations for White House-directed missions. Administered flight examinations and instructed aircrew while flying international missions.

Director for aircrew training programs across five distinct operational areas, comprising 150 members. Responsible for a $4.8M annual budget, line-item accounting, and contractor compliance for six separate programs. Developed department-wide training policies, while mentoring and supervising a staff of 20. Authored/conducted weekly briefings to local leadership and higher headquarters, ensuring decision-makers were armed with up-to-the-minute actionable data. Instructed pilots on all phases of international flight operations.

Second-in-command of a 160+ member organization spread across four functional areas, 18 departments and 34 career fields. Solely responsible for the safe and effective execution of all facets of airport operations, aerial freight and logistics, manpower and personnel administration, civil engineering, air and ground safety programs, and joint interagency operations. On a daily basis, liaised with US and foreign military and civilian partners to plan and execute programs and operations to build partnership capacity, counter transnational organized crime, and spearhead the launch of regional humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations. Merged interagency operational requirements with local resources to ensure seamless regional operational flexibility.

Responsible to the commander for reviewing, programming, and ensuring military and civilian manpower requirements were matched with qualified personnel. Instructor Pilot and International Captain on the G-550, GV, and G-3 aircraft.

Senior aide to the 89th Airlift Wing Commander and Vice Wing Commander. Accountable for the daily management of two very dynamic sets of schedules for each commander, to include short-notice changes based on Presidential and other VIP movements through the base. Chief communicator of the Commander's intent and project taskings between the wing and Higher Headquarters, as well as subordinate units within the wing. Prioritized relevant requests for the commander's review from among hundreds of daily work-related and administrative actions. Led and organized wing requirements with finance, safety, legal, lean six sigma, inspector general, and a host of other intra-wing stakeholders to ensure a flawless harmonization among teams to keep wing operations running smoothly.
