  I am responsible for supporting and maintaining the storage and server infrastructure at Goodmans. I also share the responsibility of supporting our network switches and firewalls. With regard to application support I help maintain Exchange 2019, O365, SQL, Citrix and backups. I also mentor and instruct junior members of the team on maintaining and troubleshooting our backend environment.- Manage NetApp over fibre channel for storage and recovery. - Familiar with administering Brocade SAN switches and zoning.- Manage and maintain a small Citrix farm serving 110 clients with 8 provisioned servers.- Responsible for managing and maintaining VMware vSphere virtual environment.- Maintain and support Microsoft Exchange 2019 hybrid environment and O365.- Assist with managing firewalls - Palo Alto and Cisco ASA.- Manage and administration of Citrix Netscaler - Administer and monitor Active Directory environment.- Maintain and support backups using snapshots and tape with Commvault and NetApp.- Assist with maintaining and monitoring network connectivity and performance.
