My working career started with the civil service for 9 years at the Royal Naval Stores Depit in Exeter where I was training to be a senior store's manager, this then led to the logistics side of things which was great, but sadly under the review for change the depot had to close and redundancy prevailed.A new career at Air Products Industrial Gases started which involved picking orders, loading and unloading of vehicles, delivery to customers, this was the best part of 7 years then an offer of promotion to Field agent support which involved supporting over 30+ distributors in the Southern region from Cornwall to Hampshire, Isle of wight and the channel islands, sadly after 21 years this also came to an end with redundancy but then a new sales career with Wellington welding supplies ensued and have been enjoying some success here with many various customers from structural steel, aerospace, food processing and HPC tier one contractors.The project is now starting to move a little quicker now in the construction and am seeing some activity on the welding supplies. A very exciting project to be involved with as no one contractor is the same nor the same requirements.
