Designing, implementing and monitoring an appropriate internal control environment based on customer regulations, mainly USA and France. Through different teams:a) Internal control/auditb) Operations quality controlc) System access monitoringSupervising a team of 11 people in Philippines, 8 in India, 3 in Poland and 2 in Barcelona. Working for General Motors Europe project between 2005 and 2008 and for Michelin project from 2008 onwards, at same time than giving support to other projects like Atos, Xerox and Firmenich and bidding team when RFP is received. Some of the tasks:-Implementation on quality assurance controls in operations and overpayments/double payments-Manages operational and compliance audits to determine adherence to company policies and procedures and to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls (SOX, ISAE 3402,...)-Coordinate internal audits, external audits and/or internal control reviews as per company requirements-Evaluates internal control design and operational effectiveness and recommends improvements in systems of internal control-Manages segregation of duties and users management for multiple applications and/or accounting systems-Support and advise projects and operations teams in process improvement, implementation of new ERPs, transfer of new activities, documentation and standardization
