The SUBWAY brand is the largest global Quick Service Restaurant chain. The UK and Ireland is the second largest market outside of North America with an annual marketing budget of over £26 million. A complex multi-stakeholder environment, 100% franchised business with over 2,500 stores. I am responsible for development, testing and execution of the New Product Development calendar as well as all aspects related to menu development including pricing, menu design, new store concepts and future in-store technology. I’m regularly required to present upcoming national campaigns to both national and regional boards to engage and inspire franchisees and other stakeholders. Responsible for three direct line reports. Key achievements:• Project managed key NPD launches including Pulled Pork, Beef Pastrami Melt, BBQ Beef Burnt Ends and Rotisserie Style Chicken which delivered incremental average check growth (+£1.30) and strong return on investment (2:1). A number of these products have then been launched in multiple European markets off the back of this success. • Activated the re-launch of a healthier Kids’ Menu in partnership with Disney. The improved Kids’ Pack meal contains two of a child’s five a day, but still offers strong taste appeal. In the first year of the re-launch, Kids’ Pack sales increased by 30% and have continued to grow year on year. • Project managed the research, analysis and launch of menu board designs with tiered RRPs across the whole SUBWAY estate. This involved multiple stakeholders and analytical techniques including price elasticity research and profitability modelling.• Project managed the roll out of a new concept store in five locations, including digital menu board integration.• Worked in partnership with NHS England to ensure SUBWAY stores in hospital sites met and exceeded CQUIN guidelines recently introduced.

Responsible for the delivery of multiple 360 National campaigns across all stores in the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include booking media, producing ATL creative, in-store POP material and supportive social and PR material. Integrating SUBCARD® loyalty programme with National promotions.

Responsible for all marketing activites for Caffe Uno brand (55 restaurants) which focused on the development and execution of local and national initaties. Promoted in August 2007 to take on extra responsibility of becoming marketing manager for Bertorelli and Livebait brands.

Responsible for delivery of national promotions within the Burger King estate (700+ stores) across the UK and Ireland. Promoted from Assistant Marketing Manager to Marketing Manager in June 2003.
