Analyze, diagnose and repair acute failures to all equipment on theproduction floor. Analyze, diagnose and disposition lot yield failures, obtain failure data (when applicable). Troubleshooting electrical & Mechanical tester problems, also the Maintenance & Repair of the testers, Handlers, KLA Probers , EG Probers and doing PM’s on KLA & EG Prober. Set-up and verify equipment changeovers for Mfg. operations, Perform calibration and SPC verification on equipment when required and necessary. Train operators as required on handler/tester operations, tape & reel and vision systems. Also assist engineering with experiments and/or projects. Hardware & Probe Card Repair, Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting.

Built Engineering and production Hardware, Hand Testing & Machine Testing of PGA’S, IC’s MCR’S and other various devices. Also Analyzed, diagnosed and repaired acute failures to all equipment on the production floor along with Troubleshooting electrical & Mechanical tester problems (when applicable).
