I enjoy sharing what Sanford has to offer.Who am I and how did I get here?I'm the husband of Sarah for 22 years, dad to college son Bryson, and doggy dad to my Boston Terrier/Pug mix Buster. My two sisters and I all have homes that border my mom and dad. Did I mention the importance of family to me? My mom's family has been in Sanford their whole life. My dad's family moved to Sanford in the 50's. I was born in the mountains of NC in Bryson City in the late 60's when my family moved to the Cherokee Indian Reservation to build a Christmas Theme Park that my uncle still owns and operates currently. We moved back to Sanford when I was in the 1st grade and I have been here since.I would be happy to answer any questions you have about the current housing market.
