• Systems Integration: Coordinate the integration of different systems and platforms, ensuring compatibility and efficient data exchange between the various tools and technologies used by the company.• Data Analysis and Reports: Collect and analyze operational and financial data, providing detailed reports to support strategic decision-making and promote continuous improvements.• Support and Training: Provide technical support and training for the internal team, ensuring the correct use of IT tools and promoting the adoption of best practices.• Relationship with Stakeholders: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring that needs and expectations are met effectively.

Responsible for:• Development and improvements with the IT India team for South America purchasing systems;• Requirements gathering, opening user stories, monitoring, test case validation until implementation;• Solve problems and doubts coming from end users of systems;• Identification of system improvements;• Maintenance of systems (tests and validations with business and IT);• Business IT interface;• Generation of documentation, manuals, announcements and training;• Generation of reports (MS ACCESS, ORACLE, SQL);• Purchasing Intranet Update;• Purchasing support systems procurement, Ford Brazil, Ford Argentina, Ford India, Ford Venezuela, Ford Chile, Ford Colombia and local / international suppliers.
