Hot Tub sales and service technician. Started successful home based hot tub dealership in 2005. Self taught in areas of marketing, website development, sales, water chemistry, and hot tub repair. Currently one of the most capable hot tub repair technicians in my area. Typical repairs include rebuilding pumps and motors, circuit board repair, plumbing repair, and advanced troubleshooting.

Failure analysis lab supervisor / technician. Oversees daily operation of failure analysis lab for various pressure transducers. Prioritize daily workload, review testing for accuracy, determine failure modes or root cause, manage other personnel including operators and technicians. Consults with design engineering and quality engineers at global make sites to identify manufacturing quality concerns. Identified inefficiencies in testing process and built test setups and fixtures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Design engineering technician - 2002-2012. Helped design and test electrical safety devices (Arc Fault circuit breakers). Worked closely with engineering team, providing test results and many design suggestions which became implemented. Traveled to Korea and China to provide customer demonstrations and evaluate contract manufactures. Awarded several patents as both an individual and team member.

Automation specialist - 1997-2002. Operation and maintenance of automated production equipment. Equipment performed stamping, extruding, welding, and crimping operations. Responsibilities included preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of multi million dollar machines.
