I have a proven track record of success as a Senior Leader with significant leadership, management and commercial experience; 9 years as a Vice Principal, 20 as a Principal, and most recently as Executive Principal and Educational Advisor for Al Dhafra Private Schools and Academy. I have a genuine interest in pupils’ learning and see this being successful directly as a product of both their well‐being and self‐confidence, and excellent teaching. With significant experience in multi‐cultural schools, I have an international outlook and attitude. I relish a new challenge and bring both enormous enthusiasm and experience to my position.
