Mr. McLemore joined the Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC (MRG) team in Memphis, TN in December 2012. As Vice President of Commercial Property Services, Mr. McLemore is responsible for all leasing and investment performance management of the MRG and Third Party Commercial Portfolios ( including office, retail, industrial, development and raw land) as well as growing new business opportunities with investors. Since 2012, Mr. McLemore has been involved in over 500 successful lease and sale transactions of real estate. Licensed in TN, MS and AR. Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is a vertically-integrated regional real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, development, construction and management of multi-family and other commercial real estate properties. Spear-headed the leasing and property management of each site location along with specific client needs as it pertains to each of their respective operations of their business. Directly responsible for the management of all environmental concerns with each of the locations operating with gasoline and oil. Additionally, negotiated leases with prospective tenants and modified lease language and structure for optimal governing and performance of the property and revenues. Managed all tax appeal processes for each of the locations through the City of Memphis and the difficult tax structure for commercial property.

Mr. McLemore has held a progressive record of positions with LaSalle Investment Management, Inc in Atlanta, GA with increasing responsibility, culminating as Vice President and Regional Manager of Asset Management, leading the strategic and operational growth of the CalEast Industrial Investors Core Portfolio (a venture with the California Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) and LaSalle Investment Management) where he was responsible for assisting in the asset management of roughly 9M sq. ft of industrial real estate across nine markets in the Southeast Region of the CalEast Industrial Investors portfolio (over 30 million sf of industrial properties in the US, Canada, and Mexico. In addition, Mr McLemore was directly responsible for the asset management of approximately 5.8M sq. ft. of industrial assets throughout nine markets in Mexico for LaSalle Mexico Holdings and two joint-venture portfolios including CalEast Air Cargo (CAC) portfolio, a North American On-Airport 3rd party building and ramp portfolio. and CalEast North American Logistics Portfolio including 77 major LTL truck terminal facilities across the U.S. and Canada with key logistics providers such as FedEx Corporation, UPS, Yellow Roadway, Jevic, and Con-Way.
