As a Manufacturing Specialist at Micro Systems Engineering , I contribute to the manufacturing and quality control of medical implantable products that enhance the quality of life of people who need them. I work with a diverse and collaborative team to ensure that the production process meets the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and accuracy. I also provide excellent teamwork activities to the people at my company, so that we can provide the highest quality of product line to our customers. I am also a recent undergraduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management / Leadership & Management at Portland State University - School of Business. I graduated with a Magna Cum Laude distinction on December 2023. I am passionate about learning and developing the skills and knowledge that will enable me to become an effective and ethical leader in the future. I am particularly interested in topics such as organizational behavior, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Outside of work and school, I enjoy running and hiking outdoors, and I am also a proud kidney donor and a marathoner.
