Currently retired. Previously, a Public Safety Dispatcher with the Community Safety Unit, (CSU) of Toronto Community Housing Corp. (TCHC), I have proudly served Canada as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces for 26 years in various roles, as a Paratrooper, Communications Specialist, Information Systems Security Officer and as a Network Administrator, as a result I have received unparalleled training and experience. I am a certified member of the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) , I have a certification with the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED). I have completed the Provincial Incident Management System Introductory Course (IMS100) and I have proven ability in operating efficiently and effectively under stressful conditions.
