In my role, I provided technical expertise in the sales environment working with EP's, Cardiologists, and Allied Health Professionals. I was also responsible for training new hire diagnostics sales reps. Part of my role was meeting with customers who were experiencing technical issues with devices and providing solutions through educational interactions including 1 on 1 training as well as educational dinner programs. I provided input to diagnostics leadership giving field input for future product development, and contributed to a $450 million+ growth of sales in the diagnostics division from 2009 to 2018.

I was responsible for the strategic planning and coordination of Technical Field Engineer activities related to the technical training continuum of new hire training and certification. Also provided strategical leadership for the TFE organization to ensure that they were aligned with the educational strategic plan.

In my role as Director of Sales and Customer Education, I was responsible for driving sales of implantable diagnostics monitors through motivating technical field force to partner with market development reps. I effectively and strategically allocated field training resources to meet district and regional goals, as well as interfacing directly with key customers to help create presentations for educational programs which aligned with corporate initiatives.

Strategized with district managers and sales teams to utilize technical and educational programs to meet targeted sales numbers. I also worked with sales teams to introduce new technology, and was responsible for educating and training sales reps, clinical specialists and customers.

In my role as a personnel manager, i managed a multidisciplinary staff of clinical managers, clinical assistants, clinical monitors and data entry personnel. I also was responsible for hiring and supervising as well as develop and managed cost center budgets.in my time as a clinical study manager, i oversaw product managers with responsibilities to design clinical protocols, work with statisticians to develop safety and efficacy endpoints, and led investigator meetings for protocol training.
