After title research revealed a non leased interest, I drafted and negotiated terms of the lease and proceeded to lease the correct mineral owner.Responsible for Quality Control for a team of 13 landmen, which included checking run sheet reports, mineral ownership reports, and flowcharts, to ensure the accuracy of the data to be transmitted to the client. Maintained excellent business relationships with clients by efficiently communicating the landowners needs to the client, and then negotiating a fair settlement for both parties involved.Staked well locations for Marathon Oil, including any necessary flow lines from the proposed well pad to the nearest set of future valves on an existing trunk line.Responsible for acquiring soil farm sites for water based drilling mud to be dispersed and disc-ed into the soil. Obtained necessary off site permits from the Rail Road Commission. Supervised the construction and clean up of the soil farm sites.Worked with TxDot to obtain (911) address permits, entrance permits, and bore permits.Worked with environmental companies to navigate pipeline easements around waterways and tributaries. Provided the environmentalist with necessary maps and coordinates to enable easy navigation of the proposed easement.Responsible for acquiring waterline and frac-line routes thru premises on and off lease, within county and state right-of-ways.
