Develop strategies for preventive and predictive maintenance systems. Responsible for making sure that repairs and maintenance are done in an accurate and high-quality manner. May participate in the safety and health programs as needed. Work closely with maintenance managers to build reliable maintenance systems and teams. Work with other maintenance teams and preventive managers to perform different tasks such:Inspect sites and buildings to scope and plan new and ongoing maintenance work.Oversee maintenance teams, assigning tasks, and evaluating completion.Plan and prepare work schedules and services, identify benchmarks for reliability and safety.Very detail oriented, as must develop detailed work plans that include procedures, standards, and other information for maintenance programs.Be able to multitask as well as read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
